John Miley is an Athens, GA performer who performs psychedelic chamber jazz in Breathlanes in addition to numerous other projects. He needed an archive and central online hub for his projects.
I was fortunate that he already had a pretty good visual aesthetic for his group. Dark cathedral vibes meet Avant jazz minimalism.
These things guided me through the design of the site background and 2 featured post images. The header features a live photo of Miley and informed some of the blues, purples, and oranges used throughout the site.
