Stabercrombie Design created 2 social media promo videos for DJ Diesel/AKA Shaq for his set at Myth Live in Minneapolis.
Shaq’s Management supplied a massive amount of content to use for the videos. Multiple live B Roll, AI animations of a GORILLLA driving a car, and lots of audio.
I almost had too much to deal with, so I had to make the difficult choice early on not to incorporate the gorilla. I spliced together 3 of the live B Roll edits along with elements from the poster design. I wanted to enhance the excitement level of the footage by varying the speeds. Each section is sped up to varying degrees, and cross-fades were added with Premiere Pro. Once I had a montage in place, I exported and moved over to After Effects to sequence the text and logo elements.
2 sizes were output: a square and 1080px1920 for stories.
