This is a promotional video created for the promoter True Endeavors for an upcoming Alejandro Escovedo show in Madison, WI.
It was produced by a combination of After Effects and Photoshop. The source video was simply a visualizer dancing to Alejandro’s song Castanets.
I incorporated some static elements from his social graphics and a press photo. I worked to ensure fonts and colors remained consistent between the video and the existing print and social marketing. I then added some effects to further abstract things and quickly produced a video that pleased both myself and the client.
